Tickets are not refundable. The only exceptions are if the display is substantially delayed and you leave before the start, or if it has to be canceled or rescheduled.
If there is a delay starting the show, we will only consider refunds if the display has not started by 7.30pm.
After 7.30pm, anyone who leaves before the display starts may hand in their wristbands and leave their contact details. They will be given a receipt and refunds will be sent by post. We must have the following details:
Email address and/or phone number
Number of adult and child wristbands handed in
We will be in touch within 7 days to arrange the refund.
Once the display starts there will be no refunds if the display has to be stopped early for any reason.
If the display cannot go ahead at all then everyone should keep their wristbands or tickets as proof of purchase and check the web site or the Argus for details of how to get refunds.
Under no circumstances will any cash refunds be made.
This policy has been agreed with Brighton & Hove City Council and Sussex Police.
